Within moments of meeting Ruby, we knew she was exactly the right person for our ceremony and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her as such a fundamental part of our day. Our ceremony felt so personal and she captured our story as a couple perfectly.

Throughout the process, she was so easy to chat to and always left us feeling excited for the wedding day. We knew that she understood exactly what we wanted and was just the right vibe for our wedding day.

She was so supportive and such a calming influence during the rehearsal and especially on the day. We had such a beautiful and bespoke ceremony that was so special to share with all of our guests. After the wedding, we’ve had so many people telling us how much they enjoyed it. Thanks to Ruby we officially tied the knot! We would never have thought of this ourselves and absolutely loved this element.

Both me and my wife Rebecca can't recommend Ruby enough. From the first time we spoke to Ruby, we both felt that she was perfect for what we wanted with our wedding and ceremony.

Ruby then drove to us for our first in person meeting which was really appreciated, and having met Ruby in person it confirmed what we had already thought. She was down to earth, professional whilst also being friendly and willing to have the craic. She also explained in great detail of the role of a humanist celebrant as well as the process and what additional extras that we might want to include.

Once we approached our wedding, Ruby kept in contact regularly and send us all the relevant information at the right time to ensure we didn’t miss anything. Once she had sent us the questionnaires and we returned them, she sent us a full length draft back quickly. A few amendments were sent and this was quickly updated. It was beautiful put together and matched our requests for how we wanted it go.

Week of the wedding, Ruby reached out to organise a walk through video call which put us at ease as we couldn’t do a physical walk though at the venue. The day of the wedding, Ruby was at the venue early to ensure that both she was set up and that the venue was set for what we wanted. She spoke to the events co-ordinator to ensure that the music was ready and when it was to be played and she also went above and beyond and bought supplies and a tripod, so that we could film the event for our elderly relatives who couldn’t attend.

To round everything off, Ruby was a true professional all round, the way she introduced herself individually to all of our guests and then delivered the speech with such energy and laughter was incredible. Everyone who attended commented on how great she was and how well the ceremony was done.

As mentioned at the start of this review, we cannot recommend Ruby enough to anyone who might want a Humanist Celebrant.

Ruby was absolutely amazing, and much more than your average celebrant.

She went far above and beyond what we expected, from all the pre-wedding chats to then arriving early to make sure everything was perfectly organised on the day. She added so many thoughtful touches that made the ceremony truly special.

Our guests were blown away by how personal and authentic it all felt, and she captured our love story beautifully. As a couple, we will always remember our marriage ceremony as something incredibly special.

From the moment I spoke with Ruby I knew she was the celebrant for us. She had an instant calmness, a genuine interest in you as a couple, a non judgemental approach and you can just tell how much passion she has for her job and the people she is working with. Plus her lovely dulcet tones

The process was so personal, from phone calls to meet ups. On the day it just felt like we had known Ruby forever. When Ruby started to write up the ceremony, we were involved at every stage and she was so open to any changes we suggested. Reading our story and journey through someone else’s eyes was magical and emotional. She just got us!

Her advice and guidance on little touches, our personal vows and the ceremony being inclusive for our two little girls was invaluable. There is a photo of Ruby holding our littlest love while we are signing the register….just above and beyond, it meant the world.

For many of our guests it was their first ever humanist ceremony. They couldn’t believe the relaxed, personal, fun yet romantic approach. It was everything we wished for.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Ruby highly enough. She set the tone for our day with such beauty, elegance and a few laughs along the way. A gorgeous girl inside and out.

Where do I even begin to articulate how wonderful Ruby is?! We cannot recommend her enough! From the very first email to check if Ruby was free, she has been an integral part to our wedding day and making it one of the best days of myself and Conor's lives.

We wanted something relaxed but authentic to us as a couple and Ruby understood the assignment immediately and got to work to organise how we could tie the knot exactly how we wanted! From the first day we told Ruby we wanted to get married under our favourite tree in our local park, she was on board 100% and shared in our excitement for doing something different.

From the conversations filled with craic and laughter with her about our relationship and what we want for the future to her writing our perfect ceremony, Ruby put us both at ease immediately and left us buzzing after every meeting.

Ruby understands the wave of emotions that come with getting married and planning a wedding and she really has a special way of putting you at ease while still empowering you to have the day that you want. Conor and I had so much fun answering Ruby's questions about our relationship so far and the ceremony she wrote was beyond words. From the final stages of prep to the actual day of the wedding, Ruby was our rock, our confidant and she couldn't have done more to help and keep things running smoothly. Our families and friends were so touched by Ruby's stunning ceremony and months later are still talking about it, she really has such an impact on the people we wanted to share our happiness with and I know she will do the same for other couples for years to come.

We will forever be grateful to Ruby and we hope she knows how much she impacted our special day. She's also a geg and a great dancer too!

Ruby is such a lovely, gentle, caring funny and organised person. I had so much fun having her plan my wedding with me. The ceremony was absolutely amazing and its all down the her. The way she spoke about me and Sean was oerfect and how she captured our story was beautiful. She had everyone crying with joy, laughter and beauty.

Ruby was an absolute joy to work with from the very beginning of the process, and the ceremony she crafted for us will forever be one of the most special memories from our wedding day. Warm, personable and great craic, Ruby made a real effort to get to know us as a couple and was genuinely interested in our story. At every point during the writing of our ceremony we were given complete control over content and wording, and Ruby was always on hand to with advice and reassurance as we tackled the task of writing our own vows.

Her creativity and flair for her profession shone through when she suggested little ways to personalise our ceremony which were completely in keeping with us as couple. Many of our guests commented on just how personal and meaningful the ceremony was, and just how fabulous Ruby was at conducting it. If you're looking for a celebrant who truly cares about crafting a ceremony which reflects you as a couple, who will put you and your family/bridal party at ease and who is great fun to work with - we couldn't recommend Ruby highly enough!

Ruby was amazing from start to finish. When we first chatted to her over Zoom she made us feel so comfortable & showed genuine interest in us as a couple and in our relationship. Months after our first meeting Ruby still remembered all the tiny details we had told her. When we met in person Ruby was so warm and kind, she talked us through all the details of the day and helped solve any concerns we had & helped us pick different poems etc for the service as we weren’t sure what we wanted!

Coming up to the day Ruby was always there for support and to ask questions to, when she sent us our first draft of our service we had absolutely no changes to make as it captured us as a couple perfectly already. On the day Ruby was first class, we got so many compliments from our guests that it was the best service they had ever been to & some even that they wished they had of had Ruby at their wedding.

Ruby recently officiated my wedding this April. Her attention to detail and personal touches meant the world to us. It’s rare to find a celebrant so personable and energetic but also able to deliver moving tributes with her warm kindness. She tailored our ceremony to include cultural traditions we didn’t think possible in a non-religious setting, and we are so grateful to her for all her hard work. We’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of witnessing Ruby officiate a wedding in Las Vegas, and I was genuinely moved by her warmth and professionalism. She delivered one of the most beautiful, heartfelt speeches I’ve ever heard at a ceremony.

What stood out most was her thoughtfulness - she seamlessly incorporated religious traditions from both partners, making sure everyone felt included and respected. The entire experience was deeply personal and memorable, and it was clear how much care she put into every word. Ruby is a truly gifted celebrant and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a meaningful, tailored ceremony.

Ah! Where should I start? Ruby is just the most amazing person, beautiful inside and out. Ruby had lots of chats with us before our wedding and had everything laid out as a beginners guide to getting married and guided us through with ease and tons of info. Ruby asked lots of questions and picked out on key info, asked what we would like included and came up with some neat ideas tailored to us a blended family. She sent lots of lovely things and we picked what we liked. A bit of back and forth and Ruby sent a lovely first draft which was absolutely beautiful and with a few tweaks that was us set. Ruby gave us an amazing wedding rehearsal and guided everyone through the plan for the ceremony so everyone knew where everyone was going to be including our photographer, master of ceremonies and singer. Like a well staged play, Ruby directed us brilliantly and everyone knew their cues.

On the day itself I had a lovely message in the morning and she arrived with plenty of time to greet our guests. The ceremony itself was just simply beautiful. The way Ruby interacted with our guests was just divine, she spoke beautifully and had our children on their best behaviour. In true Ruby style she also added a bit of craic, lots of smiles and a singing around the campfire while toasting marshmallows and cosy kinda autumn vibe which fitted in so well to the vibe of the wedding and even adding a nice touch by matching her gorgeous dress in with the autumnal vibe. My dad even commented that he liked her dress which speaking as his daughter is a very tall feat as I dare say he has never liked an outfit I have ever worn which is why my dad helped me pick out my dress. As an added touch Ruby left us a lovely message in our guest book and made a very sweet tiktok on her prep for our wedding which was lovely seeing how much went into planning our ceremony and even more appreciation for how wonderful the day was. I absolutely could not recommend Ruby highly enough. Such a sweet sweet confident woman who just oozes love. Our guests adored Ruby and all complimented how beautifully she conducted the ceremony. A few of our guests had thier first experience with a humanist celebrant and what an introduction they had!

Ruby came recommended by a friend when Andrew and I were planning our wedding. We wanted a celebrant who could give us a truly personal approach to our ceremony. From the first phone call, outlining the ‘process’ I knew that Ruby was the perfect celebrant for us. She met with Andrew and I, getting to know us a little bit better and vice versa. She understood our vision, what was important, how to interpret this and helped us write our own vows.

The ceremony was PERFECT, we laughed, our guests cried, and Ruby was integral in setting the scene, mood and vibe for the remainder of our celebrations. At the end of the ceremony, she gifted us our vows, prepared in beautiful cards, and our ceremony script to treasure for ever. It’s a day we’ll never forget.

Ruby helped us celebrate the addition of our daughter into our family, and did us the honour of performing her beautiful naming ceremony. She was a great help in suggesting ways to make the ceremony special for us and all of our friends and family raved about it afterwards.

The ceremony itself was beautifully written, laid back and fun, just as we had wanted. She even took the time after the ceremony to get all the kids involved in making our true love tree. We loved everything about our special day and the special touches Ruby brought along - the candle, naming certificate and ceremony script, all beautifully crafted. Could not recommend her enough for any ceremony.. we will definitely be booking her again for any future occasions 🥰
